It’s that time of year again — a little more than halfway through winter, if you’re in the northern hemisphere.
Tapping into All the Love
My hope is that you are experiencing all the forms of love - family love, love of friends, intimate love, altruistic or divine love.
The last, divine love, allows us to feel and know that we are connected. I love the concept of the indwelling of the divine in our heart space — different names I have heard recently are — Source Point, God Spot, Heart Space, just to list a few.
When we intentionally dwell in that place of communion of our own spirit and the divine source, we are strengthened and calmed.
Cyndi Dale suggests that the God Spot contains at least one physical “cell” of the divine, so that when we access this special place, we get physical as well as spiritual healing. Whenever we are in need of healing we can turn within, empowered to self-heal.
My Big Self-Healing Story

All of us at one time or another need a Big Healing. I sure did. I got to the point with my vocal condition of twenty years, that I was constantly frustrated at not being heard, literally. Spasmodic Dysphonia can be a very disempowering condition. I actually feel I was “milder” than most people who have it because it never stopped me from teaching, having a great marriage and a great family life.
✨ Through a combination of energy healing, brain retraining, physical and vocal exercises,🏋️♀️ and various other methods, I was able to regain my voice. 💙
This journey not only restored my physical voice but also allowed me to rediscover my metaphorical voice. I have been a poet my whole adult life but had really been stifled with my voice condition. Now that I can speak and be heard, I am doing a lot more creative writing too.
