Sandy Kemp is a certified energy healing practitioner who has guided clients through transformative healing for over 15 years. Drawing from her own journey through cancer and burnout, she specializes in helping people navigate health crises, career burnout and life transitions through both in-person Healing Touch and virtual energy work.
My Healing Journey
In August 2006, fast-moving breast cancer brought my life to a halt.
I was terrified. Surgeries, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, a grueling year and a half of treatment that stretched into the spring of 2008.
Looking back, I can see I had spent years giving more than I received. My body had been trying to tell me something for a long time, and I hadn't been listening.
During my initial surgeries, I was introduced to energy healing. I was skeptical at first. But as I kept experiencing it, something became clear to me. My energy system had been out of balance for years, and I came to understand that imbalance as part of what had led me here.
My body hadn't betrayed me. It had been screaming for help, and I could finally understand the language.
That's when everything changed. I began to learn my own energy system, where it was depleted, where it was worn thin, and what it needed from me.
I have been cancer-free since 2008, and I have spent those years learning to help other people hear what their own bodies are saying.
That understanding is what I bring to every session.
Getting to the Root
I didn't just want to survive. I wanted to understand what had happened and learn how energy healing could repattern my energy system. I committed to mastering energy healing, completed a two-year intensive study and became a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner. I've been cancer-free since 2008.
But I didn't stop there. Since 2014, I've continued deepening my mastery by studying with renowned energy healer Cyndi Dale and I'm now a Certified Energy Healing / Four Pathways Practitioner under her guidance. This advanced training has given me even more powerful tools to help clients navigate complex health and life challenges.
Other Major Healings For Me
But here's what I also know: energy healing didn't just help heal my cancer. It gave me tools to navigate every major challenge that followed. It helped restore me after burnout as a special education teacher. It supported recovering my speaking voice after 20 years of Spasmodic Dysphonia, a neurological condition most people can never resolve. I am so grateful!
To be clear. I always recommend people consult with their healthcare practitioners and use energy healing as a complement to standard treatments.
