Energetics of Your Thoughts
When we choose positive or uplifting thoughts, we are bringing in subtle energies that enhance our health.
We spend most of our days in our thoughts.
However, we don’t often take time to consider our thoughts. We see them as random things that we cannot control and we often assume that our thoughts are reasonable given the circumstances that we have to face.
But our thoughts can impact the way we relate to self, others and the universe. Wouldn’t it help us to be able to handle our thoughts in such a way that we move positively through our days?
From an energy point of view, what is happening with our thought life? When the charges from negative thoughts persist, energetic debris builds up, leading to blocks in our energy system. If we consistently experience negative, self-critical thoughts, especially those that would lead to compromised health, we should seek professional help.
When we choose positive or uplifting thoughts, we are at once radiating out and bringing in subtle energies that enhance our health.
I proactively develop what I call ‘realities’ to help manage my thought life. These are positive belief statements that I place in my energy system. Every time I do this, I sense a positive effect. I recommend that clients develop their own ‘realities.’ Clients report that these positively charged words shift their thought life.

Start an ongoing dialogue with your thoughts.
Silent meditation, where you observe your thoughts without reaction, is a really good tool for understanding your thought life and its roots.
Journal.
Talk to yourself out loud. Your thoughts can communicate needed changes to your conscious choices.
Act on what you learn.
