Energize Your Life

Begin a daily practice to intentionally restore your energetic wellbeing!

Mid summer is past, and I’m enjoying July with its mix of hot days and temperate days, cloudless and cloudy days. Last evening I finally heard the cicadas start chirping in the back garden and have continued to follow the antics of our backyard twin fawns.

I have been pondering a number of themes I want to write on and kept coming up with “E” words - Energetics. Energize.

Energetics to me has only positive connotations. I like this word! How about you?

Energize. Again. Only positive.

Energetics and Energize have as their base the word energy and in my line of work, I am thinking of subtle energy that moves through our body’s meridians, chakras and auric fields.

It is also important to realize the connection between subtle energy and physical energy. Subtle energies are in and move in and out of our chakras - our energy centers or energy organs. The chakras act as transformers and switch subtle energy information into physical and physical information to subtle information.

These chakras are mechanisms that allow us to help shift our own energy in self-healing or for energy healers to assist us.

So back to Energize, the word I decided on for today’s writing.

As energy beings, I believe we should intentionally energize ourselves each day.

Here are some steps that I like to include in a daily practice.

RESTORE - RELEASE - bringing in subtle elements and releasing unneeded energy debris back into the earth

ILLUMINATE - HEAL - opening to spiritual energies outside our fields and the healing they bring in

IGNITE - FLOW - opening and activating our energy centers to create communication between all of our levels

REFRESH - RECALIBRATE - reactivating our spiritual energetic codes and realigning with our own essential energies

My recommendation - Begin a daily practice that intentionally energizes you!
